Why doesn't the van run in winter? +
Below about 40°F, water freezes onto the body before we can dry it — that's a fast track to streaks and damaged door seals. The heated shop bays handle winter cleaning safely. The van comes back out in March.
Do you need my water or power? +
Nope. The van carries a 60-gallon water tank and a quiet generator. All we need is a parking spot.
How big is your service area? +
A 30-mile radius from the shop. If you're outside that, give us a ring — we sometimes do farther jobs for an extra travel fee, especially for fleets or repeat bookings.
Can I book recurring service? +
Absolutely. Bi-weekly and monthly plans get 15% off. Set it up once and we just show up — you don't have to think about it.
What if it rains on my booking day? +
If it's pouring, we'll text to reschedule — no charge. Light drizzle we can still work through with the pop-up canopy.
Are your soaps eco-friendly? +
Yes. Biodegradable soaps, water-reclaim in the shop, and the van uses about 70% less water than a regular home hose-down. We try.
